GUEST PREACHER
The Rev. Bob Crandall, the Executive Director of Bidwell Riverside Center in Des Moines, will be preaching at both services on Sunday, August 22. Bob is an ordained Elder and has served in various churches in the Iowa Conference. He is also a published author and the son of our former pastor, Roland Crandall, who served First Church from 1964-1967. That day we will also have an extended fellowship time in the West Fellowship Hall with Bob sharing more information about his work and the Ministry at Bidwell. All are invited to be present for this inspirational day of worship.

GRACE HARMONY
Grace Harmony from Lake Placid, FL, is presenting a vocal concert to sing and give praise to the Lord. This will be held at the First Christian Church in Knoxville on Friday evening, August 27th at 7:00 p.m. A love offering will be thankfully accepted.

HOPE BEGINS WITH YOU

Along the 1.2 mile path, you will see card testimonies from once homeless individuals and families who are current shelter residents or recovery program graduates.
