Son World Adventure Park will be held July 22 –26 from 6 to 8:15 pm each night. Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 6:00 each night. This is an exciting week for the children of our church and community. We are currently in need of some servants that would be willing to help with the sites for each night. We are also looking for group leaders that will take the kids from site to site. If you would be willing to give of your time for this great event please call Heather at the church office or contact Cheryl Hennefeld.
I want to thank everyone who sent cards for my 85th birthday as well as everyone who wished me a happy birthday. I am truly blessed. Edna Poortinga
There are never enough words or thank you to express ones feelings for all the great fellowship of our Church. Your prayers, cards, phone calls and words of concern have helped greatly to get me through the rough road of my health issues. I know you will be there again when needed. Thank You to Pastor Lane for special prayers, visits and being with Cora during my surgery. Sam Rathmel
The F.U.N. committee greatly appreciated all the support we received for Ag in the City. Thanks for donating the delicious pies and all our brothers and sisters for helping set up, serving the meal, and cleaning up afterward. We cleared around $900 which will be used to fund outreach programs of the Church. Thank You and God Bless!
The Albia Unit of Trinity United Methodist Women has invited the women of our church to a salad luncheon on Thursday, July 12, at noon in the Trinity Fellowship Hall. Taylor Helm will share about her trip to Nigeria. They have asked for an approximate number coming by July 10. So please call Pat Haning, 842-2790, if you plan on attending. We will car pool from the church at 11:15."
