THIS WEEKEND
NATIVE AMERICAN MINISTRIES COLLECTION
Native American Ministries is one of the six church wide special Sundays of the United Methodist Church. Native American Ministries nurtures missions with Native Americans and provides scholarships for United Methodist Native American seminarians.
HEIFER PROJECT COLLECTION
Heifer’s mission is to work with communities to end hunger and poverty and care for the earth. By giving families a hand-up, not just a hand-out, we empower them to turn lives of hunger and poverty into self reliance and hope. A special collection is taken the fourth weekend of every month.
FUMC AT HELPING HANDS
April is FUMC’s month to help with grocery assistance at Helping Hands Food Pantry. On Monday, April 23 volunteers are needed from 10:15-11 to unload the truck and 11:00-3:00 to sack/handout groceries.
